• Enquiries: your name, business name, email, phone number and anything you tell us in your message, so we can reply and provide a quote. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• Course feedback: your name, organisation and feedback about your course, used to improve our training. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in improving our services.
• Website use: if you accept cookies, analytics and advertising data as described in our cookie policy. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are sent by email through Microsoft 365, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides the spam check on our forms. If you accept cookies, Google and Meta process data as described in the cookie policy. We don’t sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and feedback for as long as needed to deal with them and for our business records, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email info@1cstc.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
